Forming Line Operator

Day shift M-Th 4a-4:30p; F 4a-3:30p

Handles Department; mechanical experience in a factory setting is required, prior experience is preferred

Monitor machine to ensure quality and thru-put are maintained.
Load and transport steel coils using Fork Lift.
Monitor forming, welding and cutting operations.
Ensure machine is operating as designed and to immediately notify supervisor of any irregularities.
Perform quality inspections; along with all required check sheets and documentation.
All other duties as assigned. Clean and PM mill as directed.
Embrace 5S and Safety programs; maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Work without assistance.
Have a positive attitude and be flexible to changing situations.
Follow all required safety and OSHA procedures.
Forklift experience.
Other duties as assigned.
