Libman employees had the pleasure of spending some time with, Paul Menard, a full-time driver in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series for Richard Childress Racing, who visited Libman on July 20. Libman is a proud sponsor of Paul’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Car.
At Libman, Paul received a tour of the plant from Libman’s President, Andrew Libman, and got to enjoy a pizza lunch and autograph session with Libman employees. During the visit, the Menard truck and car was on display in the Libman parking lot so employees could check it out and take photos.
After the session, Paul headed to Indianapolis to prepare for the Brantley Gilbert Big Machine Brickyard 400 on July 23.
Paul Menard has one career win in the in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series: the 2011 Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. He also competes on a limited basis in the XFINITY Series, where he has three career wins. Paul received the NASCAR Rookie of the Year award in 2007. He is the son of John Menard, Jr., founder of Menards, a Midwestern chain of home improvement stores.
